Job Description:

Must have some sort of prior experience in handling Indian and International clients
Must be proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow ups, requirement gathering, communication link between the development team & clients
Reaching out and generating new business and clients for wide range of services in field of digital marketing comprising of SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content as well as Web Development and Web Designing
Experience with Sales of Web Design and Development projects will be an added advantage.
Able to work on different bidding platforms like Elance, Odesk, Guru, PeoplePerHour and others
Able to use social media to generate sales leads
Ability to handle pressures of sales targets and work as per tight deadlines.
Track and analyze competitor activities.
Manage & mentor business development executives.
Assuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.
Ability to analyze business Challenges, identify problems and be able to propose solutions for same.
Maintain top order client relation and be able to sustain them in all situations
Must be disciplined and target oriented.
Passion and flair for sales and relationship building.
Should have prior experience in software or Web Development Company.
Should have the capability to lead initiatives, problem solving and handle a team.
Should be a person of positive attitude, progressive thoughts and loyal to the company.
Be able to keeps things confidential and have understanding of retaining vital information from leaking out.
He/ She should be a confident negotiator and have the ability to close a deal.
Must have excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
Exceptional interpersonal & Time Management skills along with good organizational skills.
